Founding Recruiter
Daniel, as Founding Recruiter, is driven by his love for technology and his innate talent for fostering meaningful connections. He takes pride in his role as a professional matchmaker, seamlessly linking candidates and clients in a way that enhances careers and organizations alike. Outside of recruiting, you'll find Daniel pursuing an active lifestyle – whether he's hitting the gym, enjoying quality time with his two canine companions at the park, or soaking up the sun on the beach with friends.
Ethan Ball
Associate Recruiter
Ethan Ball is an associate recruiter on the team and joined the firm in November 2025.
Having moved throughout the US growing up, Ethan eventually found foot in California and graduated from the University of West Florida with a B.S. in International Studies with a specialization in International Business and Economics. Prior to working at Rad Talent, Ethan worked in digital & event marketing and management.
In his spare time, you can find Ethan with his two cats, gaming, working out, or cooking.
